Upgrades to the SCADA firmware are available below. The new versions improve overall system integrity and are highly recommended. Be sure to read the Installation Instructions (in PDF format) completely before proceeding with the upgrade.

Special Note to Thermocouple Module Users: Control firmware versions 2.56 and up change the mode of calibration from "multiply" to "add/subtract". You will need to adjust your thermocouple calibration factors accordingly after the upgrade.

To download the hex files, right-click on the file and select "Save As." Save the files to your SCADA 3000 Firmware folder (typically C:\Program Files\SCADA 3000\Firmware).

IMPORTANT: You will need these PDF format instructions to upgrade your firmware correctly.

Current Comm Firmware: COMM-444.HEX

If you are Comm Ver. 1.55 or earlier: COMM-160.HEX

If you are Comm Ver. 2.33: COMM-260.HEX

For all SCADA 3000 installations: CNTRL-402.HEX
