For small businesses and property owners, the Sensaphone 1104 offers an easy, inexpensive way to monitor your remote facility, cabin or vacation home.

Installed in a clean indoor environment, it has built-in monitoring for power failures, temperature, and sound monitoring of audible alarms. Four external inputs on the back can be connected to various external sensors to monitor temperature, water on the floor, humidity, intrusion and more.

When an alarm is detected, the 1104 can notify up to four people by making voice phone calls. It will continue to make phone calls until someone responds to the call. The 1104 also includes nonvolatile memory and a 24-hour battery backup with user-installed batteries.

The CottageSitter option adds an output that can be used to control a dual setback thermostat, allowing you to call your vacation home before you arrive and change the temperature.
