ASTON, Pa., January 9, 2017 – The Sensaphone® 400 and 800 monitoring systems provide a simple, convenient, cost-effective way for property owners to monitor their residences 24/7— even if they are miles away. These systems are ideal for remotely checking their property for conditions that could mean disaster, such as heat failure in the middle of winter, air conditioning outage at the height of summer, water leaks, floods and unauthorized access.
The Sensaphone 400 system allows users to monitor up to four conditions including changes in temperature (from -20 °F to 150 °F/ -30 °C to 65 °C), interruption of power supply, excess humidity, water on the floor, fire alarm activation and intrusion. When a condition goes outside the pre-set “normal” range, the system notifies up to four people with a pre-recorded phone call.
The Sensaphone 800 system has the same functionality as the 400, but it can monitor eight conditions and notify eight people. Both the 400 and 800 contain an internal microphone that can detect sound in the vicinity of the device in real time, which can indicate a problem such as fire or security alarms, rushing water or an intruder on the property. In addition, users can listen to sounds onsite any time by simply calling their unit. Sensaphone 400 and 800 base units are now available in a neutral white enclosure that matches any décor.
