Cannabis plants need to have the correct humidity level to stay healthy and thrive. High relative humidity (RH) promotes the growth of mold and fungus, while low RH slows the photosynthetic process. The best RH level for each plant depends on its growth stage. Mature plants thrive on a lower RH, while cuttings and seedlings grow best with a higher RH.
Remote monitoring systems continuously monitor humidity and data log the humidity levels. As time passes, this data helps you identify the specific humidity levels that work best for different varieties of plants and growth phases. You can also program the system to send alarms when humidity levels in the growing facility fall outside of preset parameters.
