Express II Monitoring System Detects Threats to Agricultural Facilities

ASTON, Pa., September 29, 2015 – Sensaphone®, a leader in monitoring technology, offers the Express II™ system that remotely monitors agricultural facilities to keep inventory and animals safe and operations running smoothly.

The system is ideal for farm operators and growers that need to monitor livestock pens, barns, storage areas and greenhouses. When the Express II system detects a problem such as temperature changes, humidity fluctuations and power outages, it immediately alerts up to 48 people with custom phone calls. This instant notification of condition changes allows personnel to take fast corrective action, save critical assets and quickly address a potentially costly situation.

Only one Express II unit is required to monitor up to eight conditions including temperature (from -85 °F to 300 °F), humidity, power failure, fire, carbon dioxide and security. Because the Express II is expandable to include up to 40 channels, it is ideal for facilities that require many monitoring points or are looking at future expansion.

The internal rechargeable battery backup provides 12 hours of continuous monitoring and alerts in the event of a power outage. Each unit is sealed in an enclosure to protect it in harsh environments. The LCD window displays continuous status information and provides keypad programming instructions for easy setup. Free technical support is available, and all Sensaphone systems are manufactured in the USA.
